I’ve been trying to locate the activation code on my Razer Barracuda X (2022). I’ve tried adding my product on Razer ID but not activation code was found. I’ve tried accessing the directed page from the support page but it keeps redirecting me to the homepage. I’ve tried contacting support, but the issue is the same with support page.

i can’t use my 7.1 Surround Sound on my laptop. already instaled 10 time but still not detected on my laptop. and i already reinstal my driver still not detected

Purchased black shark v2 X headset last night. I’m frustrated with how much time n effort I’ve put into this already I mean how difficult can u make it to connect the 7.1 surround sound this headset?  Why not just have it already installed?!  I have the code, I registered the product, I’ve signed up to insider. I’ve watched the videos I’ve done it all  except been able to actually put in my damn code and successfully get the 7.1 surround sound installed in my headset. I’m starting to think it’s false advertising on the surround sound and the customer service through phone doesn’t even exist. This is crazy really unhappy with this purchase at this point I’m ready to return product and bad review it.
