I purchased the Razer Barracuda about 1 month ago, today my computer crashed and when I turned it back on my headset does not work on the one side and the microphone is completely broke on it now as well. I really enjoyed the headset but now it is unusable. I don’t feel this should happen with only having it for 1 month.
