Hello, I am a Razer Barracuda X (2022 model) user; I haven't even owned the device for a year yet, and until recently, it was working perfectly. The other day, I updated the dongle's (wireless receiver's) firmware, and ever since then, the audio has started to distort, cut out, and sound robotic. Whether I am gaming—where the sound cuts out completely in the middle of a match—or listening to music, the audio comes through as robotic and choppy; this happens constantly and simply won't resolve. I tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, testing it on a different computer, and resetting the device, but nothing has fixed the issue. What should I do? Using Razer products is becoming increasingly frustrating. Why is the software system of such a giant company so poor? I paid good money for this.
