One day I was using my headset just fine when it died. Like I will normally do I plugged it in and waited for a full charge. but this time after I did it it stopped working and will no longer pair to the dongle.

    That's odd. I got your back on this, and I'd like to have a closer look at the issue. Does the status indicator of your headset still have its light? If it does, what is the behavior of the status indicator; is it blinking green, static green, blinking red, or static red?
