When i am connecting my barracuda x with wires in my iPhone through lightning to 3.5 connecter it produces a beep sound when headphones mic button is off if i turn on the mic button on the headset the beeps stops and also when I attach the extender mic which comes with the headset the beep doesn’t happen but when there is not detachable mic and the mic button is off in headphones then the beep continues when its connected with wire can u help me out is it normal or something wrong
Does the issue happen when you connect it to a computer? Did you try connecting it to a different mobile phone and check if it behaves the same? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you further. I'll pick it up from there.
