Razer Barracuda X Chroma 2.4 donggle can detect by my pc but the headphone no sounds

Is the donggle have problem or my pc, because intry also to insert the dongle on my phone the headphone logo appears on my phone but still no sounds this is the first time i use the donggle since i bought my headset how to fix this sir

    I have the same problem, please can someone advise?

    If I connect through dongle I have no sound. If I connect through BT, the sound is delayed

    Hi guys,

    Have you tried double-pressing the SmartSwitch button at the bottom of your earcup? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're experiencing.
