Razer Barracuda X Chroma


Hello,

My Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset was working perfectly with the dongle. However, after I connected the headset to my phone via Bluetooth, I am no longer able to reconnect it to the dongle. Could you please assist me with this issue?

With my Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset, I can switch between modes by pressing the button. When connected via Bluetooth, the sound works perfectly. However, when I connect via the dongle or with a cable, I can't get any sound on my computer. This issue wasn't present yesterday, but I started experiencing it after switching to Bluetooth mode. Could you please assist me with this?
