Razer Barracuda X Chroma disconnects constantly when I use it on hyperspeed wireless mode (wireless, not bluetooth). Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
- Sometimes the connection goes off right from the system start, sometimes during a game session later on.
- I also use the Surround 7.1, but the problem seems to happen on both conditions (with surround and without).
- A temporary fix that works is to unplug and re-plug the dongle.
- I tried tracking the problem with the windows event manager application including the “audio” word as a filter, as per the google search ai tool suggestion. Indeed I found an event that coincided with the audio loss. No idea if it has anything to do with the problem, or if it was just a coincidence. The id was 16394 and the source was “microsoft-windows-security-spp”. Something to do with windows security perhaps?
