So basically my PC does not support bluetooth so I try to use the dongle from the headset, and i’ve tried everything for it to work. from software settings, trying everything literally. Even used ChatGPT because i was so stuck with them not working.
So basically i connect the dongle, which the PC recognises, but when I turn on the headset, it goes into pairing mode on bluetooth and i press the button for it to go into hyperspeed wireless, and the little LED light goes from blue(pairing) to green for like 5 seconds but then it goes automatically into pairing mode (blue lights again). that indicates that the connection between the dongle and headset failed and is automatically trying to pair with another device (i guess)
I also installed everything, synapse, drivers, and any software that there is.
simply the pc sees the dongle but the dongle doesnt see the headset and i can select the ‘’headset’’ that the pc recognises and select it for the output audio but the headset stays silent because even though its selected as ‘’razer barracuda x Chroma’’, in reality its just the dongle. even synapse find my headset but even though its on it says that they’re off.
