razer barracuda X chroma randomly audio lagging, and casually not hearing any audio if surround 7.1 and without surround 7.1 is active

i’ve always used it wiht the wireless usb, just once with the bluetooth to see if the problem was the same, and it is, it does happen more with the surround sound 7.1 but today it started without it too

Does the issue occur consistently, or only under certain conditions? Let's go through some steps that might help resolve the lagging and intermittent audio:

  1. Ensure your headset is being used within its maximum wireless range and that there are no other devices causing interference.
  2. Make sure the headset is plugged directly into the PC and not through a USB hub.

  3. Make sure to update your Razer Barracuda X Chroma Firmware.

  4. Try to reinstall your headset drivers.
