Hey, I just got this headset last night. Every time I load up a game the audio is very robotic/distorted. Every other activity I do, movies or youtube, is fine. I plugged in my old headset and that’s fine too. (Got this PC yesterday, too).
I’ve been scouring the internet for a solution and have not been successful, despite others having similar issues. Honestly seems like this headset is complete garbage.
I ended up returning them and getting something different. That resolved my issue.
