Razer barracuda x chroma sounds choppy/ inconsistent connectivity/ audio input randomly doesnt work

i bought my headset and immidiately had issues. after hours of trouble shooting i was able to fix it and now it isn’t working properly again. the sound is choppy and the microphone doesn’t function randomly until i reset it a few times. this is unacceptable for somrething that costs close to 150.00$

I understand that your Razer Barracuda X Chroma is having a choppy sound and a malfunctioning microphone. To fix the issue, please ensure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub and update your device firmware here. If the same problem persists,  send me a PM with your device’s serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds .
