i bought my headset and immidiately had issues. after hours of trouble shooting i was able to fix it and now it isn’t working properly again. the sound is choppy and the microphone doesn’t function randomly until i reset it a few times. this is unacceptable for somrething that costs close to 150.00$

To fix the issue, please ensure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub and update your device firmware here.
