I’ve had my Razer Barracuda X for about 2 years now and i've always used the dongle to connect. Recently i've decided to connect my headphones to the audio app, (Never had before) but my phone wouldn’t find my headphones. I tried a few more devices and discovered nothing could discover my headphones. Yes, i have looked at the manual. Yes, i have looked on here. Yes, i’ve connected support (They are closed as i write this).

Hey guys!
Thank you for alerting us about this. Have you tried updating its firmware? If that didn’t work, shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds. By the way, do include your case number with our Support Team so I can check what transpired.
