Hello! So here's the problem – I literally didn't use these headphones ever, I bought them recently, and the moment I got them I charged them to the full, and even then they just won't work. I tried everything, even connecting them by a cable instead. Complete silence. What should I do?

Does it still light up when you charge it? What about trying a different power source? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status. Looking forward to your response!
