I am reaching out regarding my Razer Barracuda X wireless gaming headset.

Unfortunately, the original USB-C 2.4 GHz wireless dongle was physically damaged and is no longer functional. The headset itself is still working perfectly, but I can no longer use its wireless functionality without the transceiver.
I have searched various online stores and marketplaces but have not been able to find a genuine replacement dongle compatible with this specific model.
Could you please let me know if it is possible to purchase a replacement USB-C wireless dongle directly from Razer, or if you have any spare or discontinued stock available for this model? I would also be happy to purchase a refurbished or remaining-stock unit if a new one is no longer available.
