My headset's USB-C dongle isn't working. I've tried it on other computers and phones, but it still doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from Device Manager, but it still doesn't work with the dongle.

Have you tried using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility to re-pair your Razer Barracuda X to its dongle? If the same problem persists, please PM your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. All the best!
