Razer Barracuda X dongle not working

I understand you’re having trouble with your Razer Barracuda X dongle. Just to better understand the issue, is the dongle not being detected by your PC at all, or is the headset not connecting to it? Also, what troubleshooting have you already tried so far? If you can, please send me a PM with your headset serial number, region, and your proof of purchase.
