Hi my Dongle has stopped working. Can I buy a replacement dongle?

I understand you’re having trouble with your Razer Barracuda X dongle. Just to better understand the issue, is the dongle not being detected by your PC at all, or is the headset not connecting to it? Also, what troubleshooting have you already tried so far? If you can, please send me a PM with your headset serial number, region, and your proof of purchase. Kindly upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so we can access the file. Thanks!

Please bear with me for a bit. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory?
