Razer Barracuda X is not pairing, even with RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.01.00_r6

Hi 

 

I have lost original Receiver , so Brought new Receiver , but RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.01.00_r6 is not able to pair the device

 

Can someone know why ?
