Razer Barracuda X Mic and Audio not working at the same time


I have recently gotten a Barracuda X and i cant get the mic and audio to work at the same i have tried many different ways to fix that i have seen to work with other peoples headsets but it still donest work on mine. If i have the audio working the mic doesnt work and if i have the mic working i dont get any audio i was told that it may be that the input and the output are being read as the same device and i have tried fixing it but it didnt work i have also tried using both a cord and the dongle and i still have the same problem. I have also recently run into a problem where if i use a any sort of in game voice chat it kills all the audio for the game and i have to restart it to get it back does anyone have any fixes for this.

I’m having the same issue, did you ever find a for fix this? This is the only post after hours of searching I can find about this specific issue.

Does the issue persist after connecting to another device/computer? Does the mic/audio concern happen when plugged in as a wired (3.5mm) or wireless? Please check the articles below and see if they help:
