Razer Barracuda X mic issues

I’ve got a Razer Barracuda X that I use on pc and I’ve noticed that whenever I’m in a discord call or using an ingame voice chat the people I’m there with can barely hear me. I checked the audio settings for my pc and everything is set to have my mic give the loudest output possible and it just seems like the mic isn’t even picking up my voice when I talk. If I put it literally on my lips, it’ll pick it up more, but that’s not really comfortable so is there any way I can possibly fix this? I haven’t tested it on another pc yet to see if it works there. My settings in sound for my pc are all at max output volume, my discord when I use it as at 200% output, I don’t know why it feels like the gain is down or if there’s noise suppression that’s also suppressing my voice.
