Razer Barracuda X mic volume is quiet

I bought it a few days ago. My friends on discord tell me the mic is too quiet, like I’m talking from another room. I’ve tried the guide razer has and other guides I found from people online, not fixed. The volume is 100% both on windows and synapse, still feels a bit low. My last headset was Blackshark v2 and had a way better microphone (based on what my friends said) so I wanna know if it’s just that the previous headset had better mic or my mic actually has some kind of problem.
