Hello,

I just bought these headphones and have been using them for about a week with no issues over wireless connection, but today they stopped working wirelessly. They are detected in Windows, blue light suggests pairing is ok, but I do not hear any sound, I checked everything and all seems fine. I also tried on my phone with the dongle and same issue, dongle is detected, phones are paired, but still no sound. Is there some way to reset them ? The only thing that works is 3.5mm jack. Please help.

That's odd. Can you try turning off all other wireless devices around you for a bit and try to reconnect your headset wirelessly. For now, isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me your device's serial number. I can use it to verify its model and check for other possible solutions.
