Razer Barracuda X not charging or connecting

I’ve been having to use a 3.5 jack the past few months on my barracuda x (2022) because of how its working. ill be charging it and itll turn green, so ill go to unplug it and then plug it back in, and then the light starts flashing red again as if its dead even though it was just green, it also will not turn on, doesnt matter if i try turning it on while its plugged into the charger or off the charger.

Hey ​@Lypherix,

I understand that you’re experiencing charging issues with your headset. Can you test another cable to charge it and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable workarounds that might address the issue you're currently experiencing.
