Was working totally fine since early 2022 and a few days ago i turned my pc off by accident then turned it back on and my headphones would no longer connect i tried restarting my pc pressing the button on the headphones 3 times turning them on and off but nothing works also the mic stopped working not long after i got them but thats not the point and i am sure they arent connecting to the dongle because there is no second beep and they wont connect to my iphone 15 or ipad mini 6.

Thanks for letting us know about the connection issue you are having with the dongle. There’s a firmware update available but we need to ensure the headset’s exact variant. Please drop me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Barracuda X so we can resolve the problem.
