I’ve been using the Barracuda for a while now, and all the sudden it doesn’t pick up sound. I have to move the mic part around just to be able to speak, and even when I do it is extremely choppy. Any way I can fix this? I know it’s not a software problem as many other times I’ve switched to my computer mic and that works fine with any software, except for the Barracuda. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Even when I try updating the headphone’s software it won’t let me get past the step of turning on my headphones. Thank you.
