Razer barracuda x not showing up on audio output windows

so i’m having a problem where my headset is not showing up as an output for audio but its showing up and working just fine as a mic. the only thing i know that was changed is that it got connected to my sisters phone at some point. i have the barracuda x mercury edition and ive tried factory reset and pairing utility.
