Razer barracuda x not showing up on audio output windows

so i’m having a problem where my headset is not showing up as an output for audio but its showing up and working just fine as a mic. the only thing i know that was changed is that it got connected to my sisters phone at some point. i have the barracuda x mercury edition and ive tried factory reset and pairing utility.

    If it’s still only showing up as a mic, try this:

    1. Forget the headset on your sister’s phone so it doesn’t auto-connect.

    2. Re-pair with the 2.4 GHz USB dongle — hold the dongle’s pairing button and the headset power button until the LEDs blink and sync.

    3. In Windows Sound > Output, make sure you select “Razer Barracuda X” and not the Hands-Free AG Audio device.

    If it still doesn’t work after that, try updating the headset firmware or testing the dongle on another PC — sometimes the dongle needs a refresh to restore full audio output.
