When I charged the headset the green light is there but when I unplugged it, and try to power on and pairing the blinking blue light does not even appear

Hey there,
Have you tried plugging it to a different power source? What about trying another cable? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
