I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset two months ago and when I saw it wasn't working I opened a case with Razer support to get it fixed. After two months of back and forth they closed my case saying that they are working on a software to fix my issues and that it will come in the future.
I don't want a future fix, I needed a headset when I bought it in October, I didn't pay for maybe a promise of a headset next year. This thing doesn't work, it doesn't pair properly, the dongle needs to be plugged in and out multiple times, and even when it manages to pair it still doesn't make a sound.
I want my faulty item to be returned. When I asked for a refund for my faulty item you just closed my case, but after only two months (that I spent trying to fix it) this is well within warranty.
