razer barracuda x not working with mic

This is a realy specific thing with the headset. When I'm playing games in a discord call the audio quality drops to unbearable quality. if I go into settings Bluetooth go on the settings of the headphones and disable hands free set, the audio fixes itself but the mic will not work. Iv tryed almost everything to fix this problem the headphones are only a fue months old. Wondering if anyone has had this problem or not
