Ive seen some other threads with this issue but nothing has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the device through windows, moved the dongle clear away from my mouse dongle, turned off any audio enhancements and reset my pc and its still cracking/popping. occasionally it will completely distort the audio like a robot filter until its reset. ive had the headset about 6 months, ive owned a pair before and never had this issue. its driving me nuts and im about to toss it haha any help is appreciated!
note: i cannot plug the wireless adapter directly to my pc as my pc does not have a usb c port, nor can i update firmware.
