RAZER BARRACUDA X RZ04-0380 FIRMWARE UPDATE STUCK AT 50%

HELP!!! I have been trying to update my firmware for my RAZER BARRACUDA X RZ04-0380 due to connection issues and my dongle is not being detected by my PC as sound output.

 

FIRMWARE UPDATE IS STUCK AT 50% and IT AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS MY DONGLE FROM MY PC WHEN IT REACHES 50%
