Hello, I have been using my Razer headset for a long time without any problems, but after using the 3.5mm input yesterday, my headset started not pairing. I had such problems when I first bought it, but it got better after I left it for a while. However, it has not improved since last night, it does not pair and the blue light is constantly on. I can use it with a 3.5mm input, but I cannot use it wirelessly. There is no sound when the headset is turned on. I cannot hear any sound without 3.5mm. I would be happy if you could help me on this issue.

Hi byvenoms,
I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Barracuda X not conencting to its USB dongle. You can try other USB ports on your computer for isolation. Also, download and run the pairing utility here and check if the problem is fixed. Feel free to send me a PM with your device serial number if you need additional assistance. All the best!
