Razer barracuda X RZ04-03801With RC30-03801Connection issues

Hi,

So I have razer barracuda x 2021 version I think the RZ04-03801and I have the Reciever RC30-03801, but I can’t connect them together when I try the firmware utility it detects the dongle but then I press to connect the headphones to it, it doesnt connect keeps telling me to reconect the dongle and try again.
And on the Razer Audio Pairing program, i choose barracuda X, it detects the dongle because it lets me press next and then when it its to press and hold the headphones to turn them on, they are blinking blue to pair with something but nothing happens from there it just stays blinking and not connecting.
