Razer Barracuda X suddenly stopped working

Hello everyone!
I have been using my Razer Barracuda X for a couple years now, but recently I met an issue, which I cannot resolve. 
A couple days ago, my headset disconnected from my laptop (i dont use the dongle, i use the direct USB-C port), and since that day, I am unable to pair my headset, nor with my laptop nor with my phone. To be more exact: the headphone pairs, but the moment I wanna run any audio (ex. listen to music) it instantly disconnects. 
Because I have had it for a long time, it is no longer in warranty, so I am looking for solutions that might help, without having to change my headset, or getting it repaired by a professional.

Things I have tried:

  • restart laptop
  • restart headset
  • update drivers
  • update firmware
  • use the pairing utility tool

 

Any tips are greatly appreciated!

I have this same situation when trying to pair to a new PC.

Nothing is working. Only difference is mine won’t even pair.

 

Seems like a built-in failure feature just after the 2-year warranty period.
