Hi…
I went to update the firmware on my wife’s Barracuda X headset (to see if that will solve the problem of it not holding a charge), but have found that the transceiver, due to the USB C connection blocks my other USB C port, making it impossible to run my laptop on AC, which is a requirement to run the update.
