Razer Barracuda X turning off

I bought this headset in December and I noticed some issues with it. Sometimes when I power them on, the sound is very quiet and I have to disconnect and connect the dongle back to have it at a normal level. Sometimes when I power them on sound is only playing only on one side (usually left side). Sometimes when no sound is playing for a matter of seconds (aprox. 10 secs) the headphones are turning off or disconnecting from the dongle so I have to turn them on again or disconnect and connect the dongle back. I tried to disable auto shut down form the Razer Audio app but it didn’t work. Also sometimes I get bzz sounds and I can’t figure our what to do to make them stop doing it because power em off and turning on again doesn’t work neither the disconnecting and connecting of the dongle. What can I do to solve this problems?
