Razer Barracuda X turns off by itself after about an hour of use

This is evident from the first day on the job. I found on the Internet that I need to update the firmware. It helped for a couple of days, but then the headphones started to turn off again after 40-60 minutes and need to be turned on again. Can anyone tell me what can be done? The firmware version is the latest as the app shows.
