Hello, I bought the Razer Barracuda X last year. I started using it as soon as I connected the Type-C dongle to my desktop computer with a converter adapter, and there were no problems. However, for the past month, I haven't been able to connect using the Type-C dongle. I can connect via Bluetooth, but when I'm chatting with someone, the sound quality of background sounds drops significantly. I want to connect with the Type-C dongle again, but it's not connecting. Please help.

Let me assist you with your headset. Are you using the included Type-A to Type-C adapter cable? Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
