razer barracuda x type c dongle problem

Hello, I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset last year. Initially, I was using it with the Type-C adapter, but it stopped working; it ceased functioning on my desktop computer. I tried it on another computer, but it still didn't work. I am currently connecting via Bluetooth, but the sound quality is very poor. I would like to go back to using it with the Type-C adapter again—please help.my email is: [removed by moderator]

I bought a new Razer headset, but the activation code shows as already used.
Please provide me with a new activation code.

Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and go over our inventory?
