just got a brand new pc and ive had had the razer barracuda x for a while now, with no issues. but i tried to connect it to the new pc and it will not enter pairing mode or anything, and it also weirdly shows that it is on my pc and a sound option but if i connect to it even if the headset is on no sound will play, please anyone with a fix for this let me know i dont want to have to buy a new headset when i know this one works fine

I’m here to help. I understand that you are not getting any sound from your Razer Barracuda X. Have you tried testing your headset with your mobile phone to see if it works? Please let me know if the issue happens while you are connected wirelessly or wired. To isolate the problem, try to perform the troubleshooting steps from this article.
