Razer Barracudas Not Connecting Properly


I purchased a Razer Barracuda just over 6 months ago, and now I’m having issues with the headphones connecting. I have tried updating drivers and firmware, going through the pairing utility, etc. The only thing that seems to work is to unplug and replug the dongle, which is a hassle.

I would really like to get these working again, since I paid a lot for them, and have enjoyed them so far until this issue. Is there anything else I can try?

Have you tried testing the device on a different computer to check if the same issue persists? If so, please send me your headset proof of purchase and refer to this link on how to check your device serial number. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
