Razer Barrracuda X muffled?

Hello, I just recently purchased the Barracuda X, and when a song changes, or a video pauses and I play again the sound muffles, so I have to turn off Surround Sound, and then re-enable it for the sound to become clear. I have tried everything, and it is honestly getting to be a hassle... Any help? Please...

Can you send me a list of what you've tried so far? That way, we'll avoid redundancies. For now, please follow the steps on this page to further isolate the issue.
