I just bought the Basilisk v3 pro and dock with puck to replace my basilisk v2 ultimate that broke after 3 years. The issue I'm having  is that the mouse becomes unresponsive and the only way to get it to work again is to disconnect the dock and reconnect. Everything is update. For a 200 dollar set up you expect to get what you paid for but razer has been disappointing me with their products for the last couple of years starting with their keyboards breaking down after 2 years and basilisk v2 ultimate after 3 years. 

My mouse immediately stops working while playing diablo 4.

Thanks for sharing your concern here, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. To isolate the problem, please try to perform the steps laid out below:

  1. Make sure that the mouse is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub.
  2. Test if the issue happens when connected via wired, Bluetooth, or HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4 GHz mode).
  3. Test the device in other applications and see if the issue persists.
  4. Check if any software is causing the issue. Please close or disable Razer Synapse. If the problem disappears, kindly perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse.
