Razer Base Station 2

Hello, my name is Burak, I bought Razer Base Station V2 Chroma from Amazon 3-4 months ago. It has a 1-year warranty. My PC just arrived and I just started using it. When I plug the cable into the PC, power comes on, but when I move the cable, the power cuts off immediately and this happens very sensitively. It's still under warranty, what do you think I should do? I tried to reach Razer but couldn't. please help
