Razer Base Station Chroma stopped showing up in Synapse and RGB dead

I purchased a Razer Base Station Chroma in May of 2019. I like the product a lot and I've had zero issues with it up until yesterday. The product is still getting power and the USB hub is still functioning but its no longer showing up in Synapse and the RGB lights are not powering on at all. I've tried both a repair and a reinstall of the synapse software. I've also tried powering down the entire computer, plugging the device into a different usb port, and connecting it to a different PC in my house. No matter what I do, the RGB doesn't come on and the unit is not detectable by Synapse. Anyone know of a potential fix or is it time to replace the unit?
