hi all i have a v3 pro and this is the 2nd mouse i bought where the scroll click has stopped working. I tried all options that are listed online. 2.4 bt switch etc

    Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please perform the troubleshooting steps in this article.
