Razer Basilik Not Charging

My 2 month old Razer Basilisk mouse is unable to charge on the charging dock. It was working fine until two days ago. When i plug the wire directly to the mouse, it charges. I need help please. Thank you

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Basilisk's charging concern. Have you tried connecting the mouse together with its dock to a different USB port or computer to replicate the issue?     Hi, Yes i have on multiple USB slots and also on a laptop. However when i connect the cable from the charging dock directly to my mouse, it charges. I have deduced it down to my charging dock that's not charging though the RGB lights are working without any issues.
