i havent been able to use my basilik v3 from 3 days ago now because every time i plug it in the usb ports (not usb hub) it disconnects by itlself and keep connecting and disconnecting, its not a synapse issue since it is not working in a pc that doesnt have synapse and i also tried uninstall and re install synapse in my main pc and the issue persist, i also update the firmware of the mouse and it keeps connecting and disconnecting
can someone help me with this issue
